ORDER PROCESSING

Once your order has been placed, we carefully prepare it so it can be shipped as soon as possible.

Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days. Please note:

• Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM will begin processing on the next business day.
• During periods of high demand, such as Black Friday, Christmas or special campaigns, delivery times may be slightly extended. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond JÚLIA DURAN’s control.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can check the status of your delivery at any time.

Orders are shipped via CTT, UPS or FedEx, depending on the destination country. We reserve the right to select or change the courier service to ensure the best possible service.

SPAIN - PENINSULA

• Purchases under €180: €4.95
• Purchases over €180: free delivery
• Delivery time: 2-3 bussines days

SPAIN - THE BALEARIC ISLANDS

• Purchases under €200: €10
• Purchases over €200: free delivery
• Delivery time: 2-4 bussines days

SPAIN - THE CANARY ISLANDS, CEUTA AND MELILLA

• Purchases under €300: €25
• Purchases over €300: free delivery
• Delivery time: 4-7 bussines days

* Canary Islands: shipments may be subject to the applicable IGIC and customs clearance fees (DUA), which must be paid by the recipient.

* Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees, depending on the destination country. These costs are not included in the shipping fees and are the responsibility of the recipient.

If the recipient refuses to pay the customs charges and the order is returned to JÚLIA DURAN, any costs incurred from the return may be deducted from the refund amount.
