Returns and Exchanges
All products purchased on www.juliaduran.com can be exchanged or returned, as long as you inform us of your intention to do so.
Exchanges or returns will not be accepted for bespoke or personalized items.
Returns must be made within a maximum period of 15 calendar days from the delivery date, to the address we will provide. During the Christmas period, our exchange and return policy is extended until January 20.
If you believe you have received a defective or incorrect product, you can return it requesting a repair or replacement. In this case, JÚLIA DURAN will cover the shipping costs.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
Please send an email to info@juliaduran.com including the following information:
- Order number
- Full name and contact phone number
- Item to be returned
- Reason for the return.
If you wish to request an exchange, please indicate the item you would like in replacement
Within 48 business hours, you will receive confirmation and instructions from the company on how to send the item.
HOW TO PREPARE THE RETURN SHIPMENT
Items must be returned in perfect condition, including the jewelry box and pouch.
You will need to attach the provided return label to the package.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product has a flaw, in which case JÚLIA DURAN will cover the shipping costs.
REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, refunds will be issued using the original payment method within a maximum of 15 calendar days.
If the item is not returned in perfect condition, JÚLIA DURAN reserves the right to withhold or adjust the refund.
For exchanges, once the returned item has been received, the replacement product will be shipped within 7 calendar days.
