Each JÚLIA DURAN piece is handcrafted and made with particular attention to its materials and finishes. Proper care helps preserve the finish of each piece over time.

Our jewellery is made from 18k gold-plated brass, 925 sterling silver or silver-plated brass.

We also offer the option to have our pieces made in solid 14k or 18k gold, or 925 sterling silver, upon request. For more information, please email us at info@juliaduran.com.

To care for your jewelry and preserve the gold plating, we recommend:

• Store them in a dry place, away from humidity.
• Avoid direct contact with water, perfumes, creams, hairspray, soaps and other chemical or abrasive products.
• Remove them before showering, bathing or exercising.
• Avoid knocks and contact with hard surfaces that could damage the piece.
• Gently clean them with a soft cloth.
• Avoid getting leather or cord elements wet.
  

Perspiration and the natural pH of the skin can affect the durability of the gold plating.
